Manages the entire Company - Controlling Employees, Updating Information, Monitoring - This Position has to be used wisely and the Command should never be taken advantage of. Don't change anything in the Company without Consulting the CEO - They are the highest Rank in the Company, They need to know how the Company is doing.

Chief Operating Officer

COO is the Worker who works just behind the CEO himself. If you are confused about something within the Company, Feel free to talk to the COO and have your Doubts cleared. Any issues will be looked into and reported to the CEO by the COO. They also check on the Workers' abilities from time-to-time.

Chief Manager

CM is the Worker, who works behind the COO and who has the ability to test the applicants for the M.E.F. Inc aside from CEO and COO. If you have any questions about the Company, feel free to ask from the Chief Manager. If the problem is more serious, the CM will go to the COO or CEO with the problem, who will be looking into it. The CM is also granted to fire employees from M.E.F. Inc, with agreement from the CEO or COO.

Senior Managers

Seniors are the people who are well trained and are Ready to Recruit alone without any help required. They have a good understanding as of how the Company works and they will make sure that anything needed by a employee is passed on through the Rank Chain. They will also help Training Managers to learn how to Recruit Employees.

Managers

Managers are able to Recruit people with permission from anyone who is a Senior Manager or above in Martinez Employment Firm Inc. They may also handle Interviews if there is nobody else available to do so - Without the need to Obtain Permission from anyone. They will be Monitored carefully.

Training Managers

Training Managers are being taught how to make Recruits and they can only handle Interviews on certain occasions. They need permissions from a Senior Manager or above from Martinez Employment Firm Inc. to handle an Interview alone. Monitored carefully to see their Interviewing Methods and abilities.
